Himalayas & Switzerland

Trekked extensively through the Himalayas. Between mountains, built personal research projects: a C++23/WebGPU rendering engine (MayaPortal), a framework for human-AI collaboration grounded in statistical physics (MayaDevGenI), and LLM-powered conversational interfaces. The Parbati valley became both hiking ground and the first domain for digital twin reconstruction.

Designed and built computational frameworks for brain simulation validation, scientific data management, and HPC workflow orchestration. Led development of BRAVLi, DMT, SciTrails, and Connsense-TAP platforms serving a team of 100+ neuroscientists.

Built high-performance C++ backends for clinical-grade genomic variant annotation. Designed ACMG-compliant classification pipelines integrating ClinVar, gnomAD, and proprietary databases.
